We use applications as well as other forms to collect necessary information from you and may receive, with your permission, credit reports, employment verifications and housing verifications from other persons and consumer agencies.

Nexus Property Management will not disclose nonpublic personal information about any of our residents except as permitted by law. This may include but is not limited to disclosure of information in the following scenarios:

To protect your information and home from unauthorized access.
To consumer reporting agencies.
To comply with federal, state, or local laws, rules and other legal requirements.

Our commitment to your privacy means we will not share your information with any advertising companies or other solicitors. In order to provide our residents with the finest service available, it is necessary to share some information within Nexus Property Management and/or The Drees Company. This will allow us to provide residents with service assistance, convenience and occasional promotional offers. All information is secure. Employees of Nexus Property Management may access information for business purposes only.

Accurate Information
It is vital that the information provided by customers is accurate so that we may provide the best service. If there are any changes in information while a person conducts business with our company, it is the duty of the person to correct any inaccuracies by contacting the management of Nexus P. M.

Customer Identification
We require all customers to provide Nexus Property Management with their name, address, social security or tax identification number, date of birth, driver's license or other government issued photo identification and possible other information needed to identify our customers. We require our employees to follow the same procedure for all customers. We are committed to providing all residents with the best care, service and privacy available.
